Customer Care (Night Shifts)

What you're going to do?

• Answering incoming requests via the available contact channels (Phone, Email)
• Live monitoring of our platform
• Placing and administrating new bookings in our system
• Conduct driver briefings for upcoming VIP rides
• Screen upcoming bookings and provide customer follow-ups in case of missing booking information
• Conducting ad-hoc tasks to ensure a smooth pickup for our customers

• Fluent English speakers (other language i.e. German, French, Russian will be an advantage.
